About this tea
What's inside?
A mix of our best selling green, herbal and fruit teas in pyramid bags. Nothing else: no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
What does it taste like?
A little bit of everything, from fresh and green to fruity and floral.
Does it contain caffeine?
Most of the teas are caffeine free. Blends with green tea or green coffee contain a little natural caffeine, and the ingredients on each pack tell you which ones.
How do I brew it?
Use one pyramid bag per 200 ml cup. Pour water at just off the boil, 95 to 100°C, cover and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and sip. Each pyramid bag can be steeped two to three times.
How many cups will I get?
One pyramid bag makes one cup and can be re-steeped. The 10 bag box gives at least 10 cups, the 25 bag box at least 25.
When is the best time to drink it?
Whenever you like; it is the easiest way to find your favourite.
Can I add milk, sugar or honey?
We recommend drinking it without milk to enjoy the herbs fully. A little honey or a slice of lemon is perfectly fine; add honey once the tea has cooled slightly.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add the recipient's address at checkout and write your message in the order note.
Can I drink it every day?
Yes. One or two cups a day fits easily into most routines. Our blends are made for regular, everyday sipping rather than quick fixes, so the real joy is in making it a habit.
Is it safe during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with medicines?
Our teas are natural herbal blends, but some herbs are not suited to everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 12, or taking regular medication, please check with your doctor before drinking it.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, or keep the pack tightly closed, away from sunlight and strong smells. Use before the date printed on the pack.
