How to brew
Use one teaspoon of loose tea or one pyramid bag for 200 ml of water. Pour freshly heated water and steep for the time shown above. Each pyramid bag can be steeped two to three times.

About this tea
What's inside?
Green tea, moringa, green coffee, garcinia, ginger and lemongrass. Nothing else: no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
What does it taste like?
Fresh and green with a light ginger warmth.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes. Green coffee and tea leaves add natural caffeine, so we suggest enjoying it before 4 pm.
How do I brew it?
Use one teaspoon (about 2 g) per 200 ml cup. Pour water at just off the boil, 95 to 100°C, cover and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and sip.
How many cups will I get?
A 100 g pack makes about 50 cups at one teaspoon (2 g) per cup.
When is the best time to drink it?
Morning or early afternoon, between meals.
Can I add milk, sugar or honey?
We recommend drinking it without milk to enjoy the herbs fully. A little honey or a slice of lemon is perfectly fine; add honey once the tea has cooled slightly.

Can I drink it every day?

Our teas are natural herbal blends, but some herbs are not suited to everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 12, or taking regular medication, please check with your doctor before drinking it.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, or keep the pack tightly closed, away from sunlight and strong smells. Use before the date printed on the pack.
